Marcia Morgan-Payne

Marcia Morgan-Payne relocated from London, England to the US in 1999. She lives in Cobb County and became a full time, full service real estate agent in 2001. Marcia started her real estate career with Prudential Georgia Realty which is now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, now with Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty. Marcia has had a successful career over the years helping friends, family and clients in finding their dream homes, relocating to and from Georgia, assisting the luxury client, the growing family moving into larger homes, the empty nester downsizing to a smaller home, new construction homes, the over 55 home developments, and building relationships along the way, working in Cobb County, Fulton County and the surrounding Metro Atlanta neighborhoods. Marcia aims to give the same type of customer care that she herself expected when first arriving in the US, she tries to make each transaction go as smooth and straight forward as it possibly can.
